Impact Malaria’s overall technical approach focuses on supporting different Countries to improve access to nationally recommended interventions, achieve an efficiency of systems, and attain a high quality of care, in order to ensure effective malaria service delivery. My job is to ensure the country teams implementing the Outreach, Training and Supportive Supervision plus (OTSS+) tools have all their tools reviewed by the country teams, readily available on the mobile collection device and data available to the country teams for consumption. Training and mentoring teams during implementation is also part of my work
Lead and coordinate the implementation of the DHIS2 Community of Practice for the global DHIS2 user base and to accelerate the scale-up of its members, enabling its users to access resources in a well-organized and searchable way, that can be remotely accessed by anyone from anywhere in the world; and instill a culture of users sharing knowledge, learning from each other, connecting collaboratively and supporting one another throughout implementation.
Doubling in also as the monitoring, research and Learning assistant supporting various projects’implementation, I managed to expand my scope and skills and learned how to monitor projects, conduct research studies and document the learnings.
